Since we are only holding two retreats this year, registration is done via lottery.

ALL final payments must be completed by September 10, 2024.
** A late fee of $25 will be added if not paid in full by September 20, 2024**
Registration is NOT complete until a correct phone # and email is provided. NO EXCEPTIONS
ANY Payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another guest or applied to future
event/retreat to be used within one year when notified 30 days before event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No refunds for weather including travel delays related to weather.
Rooms are assigned based on date of complete registration and number in party.
It is up to the discretion of the hosts. Occupancy is based on 3 to a room.
At time of event we will evaluate Covid/Omicron situations. You will be required to follow rules set.
Deposit/Payment is acknowledgement and acceptance of this agreement.

There will be plenty of projects and ideas for scrapbooking and card making. Bring your creative spirit and join us.
Your ALL-INCLUSIVE registration includes:
  • LODGING: 3 nights and 2 1/2 days at the beautiful Silver Springs Lodge
  • FOOD: Bfast- Fri/Sat/ Lunch- Fri/Sat Dinner- Thurs/Fri. Snacks too. 24 hr Coffee,Tea & Cocoa. (Dinner is not provided on Saturday night, unless there are leftovers :)
  • PROJECTS: minimum 3 projects using the latest trends with CTMH products
  • FUN: games, giveaways and drawings
  • DEMOS: short classes of tips & techniques
  • USAGE: use of Cricut Explore - bring your own mat/paper.

  • plenty of time to craft, laugh and have a fabulous time with friends, old and new And when you need a little break from the crafting, enjoy a walk in the mtn air, relax in the 10 man hot tub, watch a movie in the theater room, or have a friendly competition of foosball or billiards.
  • Wireless Internet access available. 
  • You won't have to lift a finger - other than to craft of course!
  • Store: adhesives, embellishments, stamps, paper, and kits available for purchase.
  • Card Kitchen: Get those Greeting cards done. This is a great opportunity to have them ready to mail. Cards are $1.50 ea.

Enter Heber City Traveling South on HWY 40 (from Park City)
Stay on HWY 40, travel through the town of Heber City.
Turn East (left) on 1200 South, this is the last stop light in town.
Travel East on 1200 South for 5.15 Miles. Silver Springs entrance will be on your left.
If you get to an intersection where you must turn right or left, you have gone just 300 feet too far.


Enter Heber City Traveling North on HWY 40 (from Vernal)
Stay on HWY 40, until you arrive at the first stop light in Heber.
Turn East (right) on 1200 South, at the first stop light.
Travel East on 1200 South for 5.15 Miles. Silver Springs entrance will be on your left.
If you get to an intersection where you must turn right or left, you have gone just 300 feet too far.


Enter Heber City Traveling East on HWY 87 (from Provo)
Stay on HWY 87, traveling east into Heber Valley until you pass Wal-Mart.
At Intersection with HWY 40, continue straight through stoplight, heading East
Travel East on 1200 South for 5.15 miles. Silver Springs entrance will be on your left.
If you get to an intersection where you must turn right or left, you have gone just 300 feet too far.


The Lodge address is 6225 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah 84032. Because this is a very new address, many navigation programs will not have it updated correctly yet. They will get you close, but probably won’t land you right at the Lodge. We recommend following the instructions above and watching carefully for our entrance sign after you have traveled 5 miles from HWY 40 on 1200 South (due east).

ArtisticU Recommended Packing List: (there is a Walmart about 10 min away just in case)
  • Tools: (Bring your favorites – here are a few suggested items and we have a store for purchases too).
  • Adhesives: Tombow, glue dots, foam tape, liquid glass, etc. plus refills
  • Cutters: trimmer, scissors, cutting knife, corner rounder, sanding kit, edge distress tool
  • Scoring Tools: Bone Folder, Scoring Stylus, Scoring mat - if you have one
  • Space Organization: Versa Mat (1 or 2), Scrap paper, Craft tray, zip-lock baggies (for extra parts, small items)
  • Sponges, Daubers, Texture tools, Latex Gloves (for messy inkers!), baby wipes
  • Piercing Tool kit, quilling tool, Tweezers, CTMH Ruler
  • Inks: Favorite colors for distressing, etc. (be sure to re-ink pads before you come!)
  • Papers: Variety of colors in case you want to add a layer, etc.
  • Pictures! this is a great time to get pictures on your pages.
  • Extra projects to work on, such as: Unfinished projects, page/scapbooking kits, Christmas cards, wood or sewing projects, etc.
Comfort/Convenience Items: 
  • Table light – if you need power: Extension cord/tape to protect, power strip 
  • Chair pad or own chair (lifetime chairs provided)
  • Slippers & fuzzy socks for warm and comfy feet!
  • Jacket, sweater, (it is a cabin in the mountains and it can get chilly)
  • Beverage of choice (non-spill containers only!)
  • Meds: head & body ache, sleeping, allergies, etc.
Personal Items: 
  • Favorite Drink or Snack that you just gotta have when crafting - there will be plenty of ONO food and deserts provided. There is a fridge to keep your drinks in. Ice is provided.
  • Extra Blanket (if you're one of those that gets cold)
  • Comfortable clothing –You will get your cool AU Shirt upon check in.
  • Grooming: brush, mirror, make-up, toothbrush, deodorant, lotion, etc.
  • Comfortable shoes/slippers
  • Swim Suit and Towel for the awesome 10 man hot tub.
  • Camera for ideas and memories!
