That's right, you can now scrap into the night on Saturday, checking out on Sunday morning. There will be plenty of projects and ideas for scrapbooking and card making. Bring your creative spirit and join us.

Your ALL INCLUSIVE registration includes:
  • LODGING: 3 nights and 2 1/2 days at the beautiful Silver Springs Lodge
  • FOOD: Bfast- Fri/Sat/  Lunch- Fri/Sat  Dinner- Thurs/Fri.  Snacks too. 24 hr Coffee,Tea & Cocoa.  (Dinner will not be provided on Saturday night, unless there is leftovers :)

Here are some extras we will be providing:
  • Store: adhesives, embellishments, paper, and kits available for purchase
  • Card Kitchen: Get those Greeting cards done. This is a great opportunity to have them ready to mail.
  • Base & Bling Buffet: Make your own unique "charming" gifts or add to ANY project

ANY Payments made are non-refundable but can be transferred to another guest or
applied to future event/retreat to be used within one year. NO EXCEPTIONS
No refunds for weather including travel delays related to weather.
Rooms are assigned on a first come/first serve basis.
Occupancy is based on 3 to a room.  If you’re coming with friends, be sure to indicate who you are rooming with and sharing your table space with.

Enter Heber City Traveling South on HWY 40 (from Park City)
  1. Stay on HWY 40, travel through the town of Heber City.
  2. Turn East (left) on 1200 South, this is the last stop light in town.
  3. Travel East on 1200 South for 5.15 Miles. Silver Springs entrance will be on your left.
  4. If you get to an intersection where you must turn right or left, you have gone just 300 feet too far.
Enter Heber City Traveling North on HWY 40 (from Vernal)
  1. Stay on HWY 40, until you arrive at the first stop light in Heber.
  2. Turn East (right) on 1200 South, at the first stop light.
  3. Travel East on 1200 South for 5.15 Miles. Silver Springs entrance will be on your left.
  4. If you get to an intersection where you must turn right or left, you have gone just 300 feet too far.
Enter Heber City Traveling East on HWY 87 (from Provo)
  1. Stay on HWY 87, traveling east into Heber Valley until you pass Wal-Mart.
  2. At Intersection with HWY 40, continue straight through stoplight, heading East
  3. Travel East on 1200 South for 5.15 miles. Silver Springs entrance will be on your left.
  4. If you get to an intersection where you must turn right or left, you have gone just 300 feet too far.
The Lodge address is 6225 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah 84032. Because this is a very new address, many navigation programs will not have it updated correctly yet. They will get you close, but probably won’t land you right at the Lodge. We recommend following the instructions above and watching carefully for our entrance sign after you have traveled 5 miles from HWY 40 on 1200 South (due east).

Tools: (Bring your favorites – here are a few suggested items)
  • Adhesives: Tombow, glue dots, foam tape, liquid glass, etc. plus refills
  • Cutters: trimmer, scissors, cutting knife, corner rounder, sanding kit, edge distresser
  • Scoring Tools: Bone Folder, Scoring Stylus, Scoring mat - if you have one
  • Space Organization: Versa Mat (1 or 2), Scrap paper, Craft tray, Garbage bag, zip-lock baggies (for extra parts, small items)
  • Sponges, Daubers, Texture tools, Latex Gloves (for messy inkers!), baby wipes
  • Piercing Tool kit, quilling tool, Tweezers, CTMH Ruler
  • Inks: Favorite colors for distressing, etc. (be sure to re-ink pads before you come!)
  • Papers: Variety of colors in case you want to add a layer, etc.
  • Extra projects to work on, such as:  Unfinished projects, past exchange kits, Christmas cards, scrapbooking, upcoming workshops, etc.
    Comfort/Convenience Items: 
    • Table light – if you need power: Extension cord/tape to protect, power strip 
    • Chair pad or own chair (we have padded chairs but you’ll be sitting a lot!)
    • Slippers & fuzzy socks for warm and comfy feet!
    • Jacket, sweater, lap rug (it is a cabin in the mountains and it will get chilly)
    • Beverage of choice (non-spill containers only!)
    • Meds: head & body ache, sleeping, allergies, etc.
      Personal Items: 
      • Snack or Yummy Treat to share - there will be plenty of ONO food and deserts provided.
      • Extra Blanket (if you're one of those that gets cold)
      • Comfortable clothing – Logo Wear! Shirt with registration but you can order additional sweats, etc.
      • Grooming: brush, mirror, make-up, toothbrush, deodorant, lotion, etc.
      • Comfortable shoes/slippers
      • Swim Suit and Towel
      • Camera for ideas and memories!


      15 of the closest rooms with fridge & micro will be assigned on a first come first served basis. We are offering choices of occupancy, based on retreat attendees. Non-scrappers are welcome, but you must contact us directly to make the room arrangements.  All rooms are standard two queen sized beds.  If you’re coming with friends, register together and make sure to indicate who you are rooming with and sharing your table space with.
